Encouragement...

We all need Gods Grace to stay firm and 'out of trouble'.
It is because of Him that we are able to partake in eternal life after our death here on earth.
The Holy Spirit keeps on encouraging us and edging us on to stay in line with Gods way and remain in a close relationship with Jesus Christ.
Shouldn't we be doing the same to others?

This is the reason why we should fellowship with our fellow christian believers, because we are called to encourage each other with love, gentle words and peaceful thoughts.
If we try and stay alone in our beliefs, it is much easier to 'sidetrack' from what is really important and our acceptance of temptation is much higher, because we think that no-one will know.
We all need words of encouragement, like Paul wrote to the Thessalonians in this reading, and finding close friendship with fellow believers turns out to be much more encouraging.
We should thank God everyday for choosing us as his children.
We should thank God every day for our friends and family and
We should thank God everyday for each other.

We can all share in the good news together, by regularly talking about Gods Word, reflecting on what it says and discussing this with our friends. This turns out to be very encouraging!
It says in Matthew 18:20: For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them."
God wants us to gather together in the glory of His name. He calls us to stand firm in faith and to know that we are constantly being swept away from His will by an ungodly culture.

Stand Firm in your faith and KNOW that God is always there for us and in us if we want Him to be!

God Bless!
